Who We Are
ATA’s Women In Motion’s mission is to empower and connect women across the transportation industry, catering to both newcomers and established professionals. We strive to cultivate a nurturing environment where women uplift one another through career challenges and successes. By promoting mentorship, collaborative learning, and advocacy initiatives, we aim to enable women to drive transformative change, and by doing so, make the industry better for everyone.
Who We Support
Our council is a powerhouse, boasting over 30 incredible women who collectively bring over 500 years of industry expertise to the table. United under three impactful pillars – Programs, Advocacy, and Influence – these visionary members are the driving force behind initiatives that not only nurture the growth of future female leaders in the trucking industry but also actively engage in dismantling barriers that may dissuade women from entering this field. Together, we are not just shaping the future; we are breaking down barriers and paving the way for a new era of inclusivity and leadership in our industry.

This membership is a state association partnership with WIM. Participation in this membership category requires that the first individual from the state association be designated the WIM State Association Primary member and then all others from that same association may join as WIM STA Additional members. Purchasing this product also counts as the individual membership for the purchaser.
State Association Employee - Additional
This product is for state association employees that would like to have state trucking association affiliation with WIM. Participation in this membership category requires that the first individual from a company be designated the WIM State Trucking Association Primary partner and then all others from that same company may join as WIM STA Additional partners.
