Beginning January 1, 2023, the consumer privacy protections created by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act will begin to operate within employment relationships. During this webinar, Nossaman’s Randy Boyer will provide an overview of the basic privacy and data security obligations motor carriers have regarding the driver information they collect, store and use regarding their drivers and the new rights drivers have with respect to controlling that information.

Randy Boyer, a Partner at Nossaman LLP, is a litigator whose practice focuses on class action defense and complex commercial litigation.
