The California Air Resources Board is rolling out a new program, Clean Truck Check, that will require most diesel trucks operating in California to be registered in the program, pay an annual fee and electronically submit diagnostic data to the agency. CTC reporting begins in October and must be completed by December 31, 2023. Beth White from the California Air Resources Board will be joining this ATA webinar to discuss the program requirements and answer your questions.

Beth White, Manager: Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck and Bus Regulation, California Air Resources Board

Beth White oversaw the implementation of the Truck and Bus and Solid Waste Collection Vehicle regulations at the California Air Resources Board (ARB) for over 10 years. She consulted on the Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation development and is currently overseeing the implementation of Clean Truck Check, also known as the Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance Regulation. She has been with CARB for 18 years and is committed to assisting heavy-duty vehicle owners in any way that she can.
