ATA is calling all motor carriers to participate in their updated and improved Driver Compensation Survey, now in SurveyMonkey! Participants will receive the 2026 Driver Compensation Study for just $100!
Last conducted in 2024, this survey produces a one-of-a-kind benchmarking tool and a crucial source of timely data during this prolonged freight downturn. Previous studies covered data from hundreds of fleets, including for-hire truckload carriers, for-hire less-than-truckload carriers, private carriers, and other commercial haulers.
The 2026 Driver Compensation Study will include detailed pay estimates broken down by carrier type, trailer type, and region. It will also explore the wide variety of driver pay structures (hourly, per-mile, annual salary, percent of revenue) as well as driver incentives, benefits, and bonuses.
Along with the comprehensive 2026 Study for just $100, participants will receive a free executive summary prior to the release of the report and an invitation to a participant-only, free of charge webinar with ATA's Chief Economist to discuss the results and answer questions. Submissions are due by March 30, 2026.
