Please register for this recorded ATA webinar.

Webinar Description:

Join ATA's Bob Pitcher, Vice President of States Laws, for an Introduction and Assessment of the International Registration Plan and the International Fuel Tax Agreement-IRP and IFTA. Today's supply-chain management could hardly be possible without the efficient vehicle registration and fuel tax reporting that the two agreements provide to the industry. Yet many in the industry may not know even the basics of IRP and IFTA. Mr. Pitcher has worked with the IRP and IFTA for some three decades, and acts as advisor to the governing boards of both organizations.

Discussion Topics Include:

  • The history of IRP and IFTA-where they came from and why
  • The basics of how each agreement works
  • An assessment of the importance of IRP and IFTA to the motor carrier industry.
