ATA has released an in-depth compensation study for motor carrier salaried employees, including general administration, finance, human resources, marketing & sales, information technology, service & maintenance, and training & safety. The report includes wages and benefits, as well as information regarding benefits offered such as health insurance, life insurance, sick day policies and other related personnel benefits.
The 350-page comprehensive report is comprised of summary data from more than 150 companies and will deliver results for the overall group, small vs. large carriers, nationwide vs. regional, and by at least three regions. Data was gathered during the first 5 months of 2013.
The study is available in downloadable individual-user PDF format to ATA members for $199. Non-ATA member companies that are members of state trucking associations participating in the ATA Business Solutions program can purchase the individual-user report for $243 (normally priced at $405) until December 31, 2013. The group-user PDF (for up to 10 users) is available to ATA members at $315 and to non-ATA members that are members of participating state trucking associations for $345 (normally priced $575).
