ATA's Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and Entry-Level Driver Training Rules Webinar, Sponsored by HireRight

Please register for this recorded ATA webinar.

Webinar Description:

2016 ended with two big wins for trucking safety. In the first, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration published a final rule that will prevent drivers from evading a DOT drug and alcohol violation. The second will require all drivers wishing to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License to first take an approved entry-level driver training course.

Join Abigail Potter and P. Sean Garney, ATA Policy and Regulatory Affairs experts, as they discuss the details of the new National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and Entry Level Driver Training regulations that were finalized in the waning days of 2016. Both rules, when fully implemented, will have a tremendous positive impact on the safety of your fleet provided you know what to expect and how to comply.

Presenter Info:

  • P. Sean Garney is Director of Safety Policy for ATA.
  • Abigail Potter is Manager of Safety & Occupational Health Policy for ATA.
