Top 5 Reasons to Attend the
2015 Forum for Motor Carrier General Counsel
TRUCKING SPECIFIC – The Forum sessions address only the most current and pressing
legal challenges faced by motor carriers, and the proactive and defensive
strategies to address those challenges, including those involving highway
accident litigation, compliance, corporate and human resource cases. The
presenters are respected practitioners in the trucking industry.
RESTRICTED -- Only the top legal experts from across the
country whose responsibilities and/or practice are focused on advancing motor
carriers’ legal interests are invited to participate with motor carrier
representatives. The Forum is not open to persons representing or allied
with interests adverse to motor carriers. The ATA Litigation Center reserves,
at its sole discretion, the right to refuse participation in the Forum to any
person. No on-site registrations will be accepted.
AUDIENCE INTERACTIVE –Whether lecture,
mock trial, or panel discussion, each session’s moderator will encourage an
open peer to peer discussion. There will also be a number of informal
settings to continue the discussion. You don’t want to miss the volley on
Tort Litigation Reform by The Hon. Eddie Sturgeon and The Hon. Ronald Prager – it’s promises to be
revealing, engaging and entertaining.
MCLE ACCREDITED – The ATA
Litigation Center does the work for you. It has applied to over 30 state
Bars for Continuing Legal Education accreditation for the Forum program,
including 2-hours’ worth of Ethics credits. Whenever allowed by the state
Bar, ATALC distributes the Certificates of Attendance for completion and
signature at the Forum and submits the certificates to the applicable state Bars on behalf of the attendees.

other than La Jolla could you convene in July and have a 99% chance of clear
skies and perfect temperatures? Adjacent to the renowned
Torrey Pines Golf Course, Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines offers incredible views
of the Pacific Ocean. Each room has its own balcony or patio, and you are
