Orlando, Florida – Today, the American Trucking Associations is starting its annual Management Conference & Exhibition by hosting its first-ever 5K fun run/walk race.
“As part of our continuing effort to keep MCE fresh, we are always looking for new and different ways for our members to participate in our conference, this 5K is one of them,” said ATA President and CEO Chris Spear. “In addition to being an invigorating start to our meeting, this race is a reminder of ATA’s commitment to the health and wellness of our industry.”
The race –sponsored by Velociti and Rolling Strong – will begin at 6:00 am on Saturday, October 21 in front of the Hyatt Regency Orlando, and MCE attendees can register for free the morning of the race.
ATA will announce our winners in both the men’s and women’s divisions at the ATA Leadership and Awards Lunch on Sunday.
