Provides member input to ATA leadership and staff in their efforts to improve the image of the trucking industry and enhance ATA's communications with its members, the news media, public officials and the general public. The committee also provides input in the development of communication strategies for ATA's initiatives, such as essentiality, safety and sustainability. The committee monitors the Trucks Bring It image campaign, as well as other top image and outreach programs such as America's Road Team, Share the Road, GetTrucking.com, National Truck Driving Championships and National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.
