About the Presenter

Fred Marcinak, Partner, Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP 

Fred is a partner and founding member of the transportation focused Moseley Marcinak Law Group. He has over a decade of experience representing transportation companies, including both carriers and intermediaries, regionally and nationwide on casualty/accident and commercial litigation matters, including cargo/freight claims, collections/contract disputes, FMCSA and state regulatory compliance and permitting matters, and insurance coverage cases. In these litigation matters, Fred has tried multiple cases to verdicts before juries and handled appeals for transportation clients. He holds members in several transportation industry groups, including the Transportation Lawyers Association as Chair of the Freight Claims Committee, the Conference of Freight Counsel, and the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association.
